Job Description

Job Purpose
Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the MedTech business in SEA by leading commercial strategy, operational execution, and talent development, fully aligned with the global vision.

Major Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement commercial and market access strategies for SEA.
  • Commercial Excellence: Champion and embed Commercial Excellence principles in daily operations to drive consistent, high-quality execution across all commercial activities.
  • Financial Management: Full P&L responsibility, ensuring cost efficiency and working capital optimization.
  • Talent Development: Build and strengthen the regional team through structured talent programs, performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, partners, and distributors.
  • Business Innovation: Develop innovative strategies and business models to maximize market coverage and penetration, with a strong focus on growing market share based on market potential and creating differentiated approaches to capture growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Alignment with Shared Services: Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with Fresenius Kabi shared services (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, HR, Finance), influencing priorities and service levels despite their functional reporting under the Hotel Keeper model.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate quality standards.

Education and Experience

  • Business Unit Manager preferable but not only in the field of Medical Devices Min.5 years or more
  • Experience of regional roles would be ideal
  • Demonstrated Team management Experiences
  • University degree MBA preferred
  • Excellent English communication Skills
