Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the MedTech business in SEA by leading commercial strategy, operational execution, and talent development, fully aligned with the global vision.
Major Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement commercial and market access strategies for SEA.
- Commercial Excellence: Champion and embed Commercial Excellence principles in daily operations to drive consistent, high-quality execution across all commercial activities.
- Financial Management: Full P&L responsibility, ensuring cost efficiency and working capital optimization.
- Talent Development: Build and strengthen the regional team through structured talent programs, performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, partners, and distributors.
- Business Innovation: Develop innovative strategies and business models to maximize market coverage and penetration, with a strong focus on growing market share based on market potential and creating differentiated approaches to capture growth opportunities.
- Strategic Alignment with Shared Services: Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with Fresenius Kabi shared services (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, HR, Finance), influencing priorities and service levels despite their functional reporting under the Hotel Keeper model.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate quality standards.

Education and Experience
- Business Unit Manager preferable but not only in the field of Medical Devices Min.5 years or more
- Experience of regional roles would be ideal
- Demonstrated Team management Experiences
- University degree MBA preferred
- Excellent English communication Skills
