Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project management leader to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of complex IT initiatives, drive portfolio governance and standardization, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational strategy.

We are now seeking an experienced professional to join the team.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

To be responsible for leading, executing, and successfully delivering IT projects and programs within agreed timeline, scope, budget, and quality standards. This role provides strategic oversight of the project portfolio, strengthens project governance and controls, and develops PM capabilities across the organization through standards, coaching, and continuous improvement.

All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with applicable internal policies, codes of conduct, and governance requirements.

What you should have:

. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) PM certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

. 8+ years of IT project/program management experience, including leading medium-to-large, complex initiatives.

. Highly proficient in Business Japanese skills

. Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and dependencies end-to-end.

. Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

. Proficiency with common PM tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project/Jira/PowerPoint/Excel).

. Business-level proficiency in both the English and Japanese languages will be advantageous as you are required to communicate, read and understand as well as respond and present in these two languages to management and Japan (Head office).
