Our client is a leading Singapore-headquartered organisation, embarking on an enterprise wide transformation agenda. As the journey gets underway, we are now prioritising Procurement as a function and are seeking a Director/Senior Manager to drive the change management.
Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage a team and lead the Group Procurement function with responsibilities including but not limited to the development and execution of the Group's medium to long-term procurement strategy. Partnering the various senior business leaders, you will elevate the strategic business partnering, balancing governance and compliance, risks exposures, cost and service qualities.
Requirements
Ideally, you possess a relevant degree and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant procurement experience. You have a demonstrable track record of managing change and are an experienced people manager. You have strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. As this is a developmental and succession plan opportunity, we will also consider high-potential profiles that can grow into the role.
