Job Description & Requirements
You will play an integral role in driving thearchitecture and design practice within SAA. Your primary role is to conceive,develop and implement strategies to elevate our practice.
Primary Scope
- To co-drive the strategic direction of the architectural practice within SAA, and resource and grow capabilities within the practice
- Work with design leads and specialists in respective areas to bring together expertise and champion thought leadership in areas of focus
- Develop a blueprint based on design and industry trends and plan for execution
- Spearhead sustainability and design excellence principles and strategies within the practice
- Support the development and execution of SAA's role within SJ Global Architecture
Corporate Scope
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in business growth and customer service in line with the corporate business plan and strategy
- Provide management oversight and responsibility across the organisation to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the organisation
- Develop and actively manage the Company's relationships with contractors, operators and clients
- Direct and monitor the activities and resources of the organisation consistent with the strategic direction, financial limits and operating objectives adopted by the Board
- Ensure corporate compliance with all statutory, legal, social and regulatory requirements in the execution of its business strategies
- Initiate new projects and follow-up on possible project opportunities
