. Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive company growth in target markets.
. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.
. Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
. Implement and refine operational processes to meet company targets for revenue and profitability.
. Lead office-related projects (e.g., office moves, renovations, new setups)
. Provide report & data explanation to client as after-sales service
. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
. Skilled in project financial management and budget control
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
. Comfortable managing projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
. Coordinate with local suppliers on logistics service, consumable and equipment purchasing
. Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
. Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.
. Manage budgets of construction projects.
