Join Aon's Risk Capital Analytics team and play a pivotal role in redefining how we deliver value to clients across Risk Capital Broking and Consulting. In this APAC-based role (with hybrid workstyle options) predominantly focused on Southeast Asia countries, you'll help embed advanced analytics into our client engagements, empowering brokers and consultants to deliver sharper, data-driven insights.

What The Day Will Look Like

  • This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that spans both strategic vision and tactical delivery. You'll need to be energised by the mission and comfortable managing both high-level initiatives and detailed execution.
  • Reporting to the Head of Risk Capital Analytics, APAC, you'll collaborate across predominantly Commercial Risk broking teams, APAC Account Executives, and other stakeholders to transform how we engage clientsembedding analytics into our broking solutions.
  • Work closely with our Risk Analytics Product teams to understand and articulate our differentiated value proposition, and to help evolve our analytical capabilities. Contribute to elevating our product offering and client experience through technical training, client messaging, direct client engagement, RFP support, and public speaking opportunities.
  • Confidently explain complex analytical insights to both internal and external audiences.
  • Support marketing campaigns, major events, and client-facing symposia to promote Aon's leadership in analytics.
  • Partner with brokers to identify training needs and deliver engaging, relevant sessions on our analytics tools.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • A strong technical background, ideally with a master's degree in business, science, actuarial studies, or a related field such as catastrophe analytics, and 5+ years of industry experience - preferably in broking, consulting or risk analytics.
  • Solid understanding of insurance and risk fundamentals, including risk quantification and risk financing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
  • A strategic mindset with the drive to execute and deliver results.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environmentcomfortable being both a learner and a teacher.
