Your Day to Day
- Lead the design and delivery of reward strategy, covering compensation, incentives and benefits across the region.
- Provide market insights and data‑driven recommendations to support hiring, pay decisions and organisational changes.
- Manage annual reward processes, including bonus and salary review cycles, ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
- Partner with regional leaders and HR teams to align reward programmes with business priorities and talent needs.
- Lead communication and training to build understanding and effective use of reward programme
What We Need From You
- 10+ years experience in reward, compensation or benefits within a large, multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in compensation design, incentive plans and benefits frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver at pace.
