Director, Real Estate Funds & Investments

Step into a senior leadership role with a global real estate investor, helping to shape and scale its multi-manager and value-add strategies across Asia and select global markets. You will play a central role in managing both fund investments and direct transactions, with clear accountability for portfolio outcomes and platform growth.

Role Overview

• :Take ownership of portfolio design and construction across multi-manager and value-add strategies, balancing risk and return across indirect and direct investments
• .Drive the evolution of an established platform from a primarily captive investor base into a broader third-party capital offering, including new products and capital solutions
• .Work closely with senior investment leadership on idea generation, transaction sourcing and strategic initiatives spanning acquisitions, JVs, club deals and segregated accounts

Responsibiliti

• esDevelop and execute investment and portfolio strategies, including business plans, capital allocation and budgeting for assigned mandate
• s.Manage allocations to funds, co-investments and direct deals, overseeing the full lifecycle from underwriting and due diligence through to hold/sell decisions and exi
• t.Prepare and present investment recommendations to internal committees and clients, ensuring decisions align with performance targets and risk parameter
• s.Oversee portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, governance, benchmarking and investor reporting, with active management of liquidity and distribution
• s.Ensure fund and vehicle structures remain efficient and compliant from a tax and regulatory perspectiv
• e.Build and maintain deep relationships with external managers, operating partners and investors, and set portfolio-level guidelines by region, risk profile and asset typ
• e.Contribute to broader house views and strategy through ongoing market research and intelligence, including competitive and regulatory development
• s.Where relevant, originate off-market opportunities, structure innovative transactions (JVs, club deals, seeding) and work with distribution colleagues to win and manage separate accounts and co-investment
