Job Description & Responsibilities
- Lead executive management of fund operations covering trading ops, treasury, cash management, reconciliations, and risk controls.
- Oversee regulatory/compliance filings, management reporting, and coordination with banks, brokers, auditors and service providers.
- Drive business development and partnerships plan Singapore headcount growth and mentor local PMETs.
- Direct onboarding and due-diligence of vendors/exchanges implement internal policies and documentation to ensure strong governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- 1-3 years experience in operations/finance/investments strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Mandarin/Chinese proficiency for APAC counterparties.
