This is a senior, customer facing leadership role responsible for growing the public sector business in Singapore. You will originate and win large transformation engagements with government agencies, build trusted relationships at the most senior levels, and ensure clients realise lasting value. The focus is on revenue, relationships, and client outcomes rather than hands on delivery.
Responsibilities
Own the growth agenda for the public sector portfolio, originating and closing large, complex transformation engagements with government agencies.
Shape and drive the go-to-market strategy, building an early pipeline and converting it through strong commercial positioning, proposals, and partner alignment.
Develop trusted, advisory-level relationships with senior public sector stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner on their transformation priorities.
Own account strategy and engagement planning, expanding the firm's footprint through repeat and cross-agency opportunities.
Take ownership of client success and outcomes across engagements, serving as the senior escalation point and ensuring programmes deliver their intended value.
Provide executive oversight of key programmes, partnering with delivery teams on risk and quality while remaining focused on outcomes.
Build and leverage an ecosystem of technology partners and system integrators to enable co-sell and co-delivery.
Carry full commercial accountability for revenue, profitability, pipeline conversion, and account growth.
Requirements
10+ years in management consulting, professional services, or the public sector, with a strong track record in business development and sales.
Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close large, complex deals and sustain long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of the Singapore public sector and its transformation landscape.
Proven success engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning revenue, profitability, and pipeline targets.
An outcome oriented leader, comfortable operating across sales, strategy, and client success.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
