Mizuho APAC Project Assurance is part of the Regional CIO team, and is established to lead project delivery in the region to ensure projects are structured, planned and delivered in a controlled manner to ensure that the benefits of the programme are delivered in line with stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibilities
- The role is leadership position in overseeing and managing project monitoring, reviews and assurance for the region.
- Review, appraise and monitor project performance for both Regional and Country managed projects. Project appraisal will encompass assessment of benefits and necessity, technical feasibility and commercial viability.
- Project monitoring incorporates the timely review of project performance against stakeholder expectations for time, scope and budget.
- Play a leading role the development of project and change management processes, activities and methods for the region.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of project management experience in IT projects in Financial Services industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, and etc.
- Proven experience in project management in a leadership role, preferably in a financial service industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ideally the candidate will hold a current Project Management Institute certification or equivalent or be in the process of obtaining this certification.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
