Job Description
- Overall owner of the product throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Maintaining relationship with customers, suppliers, service provider, and contractors.
- Technical leader in sales and marketing activities. Includes customer facing, presentation in technical forum / trade show, etc.
- Leader of the engineering team, work with R&D team and system architect on overall solution development
- Leader of the project team responsible for project proposal, timeline, specification, & cost.
- Review customer requirement & specification and ensure compliances.
- Product costing analysis and design optimization to meet cost target.
- Prepare product presentation material for sales and presenting to customer.
- Liaise with NPI team, MFG team, QA team for equipment build and product launching preparation.
- Define product acceptance criteria, manage product acceptance process.
- Support field service team and manage onsite equipment issue.
- Manage product improvement program.
Prerequisites (Qualifications and Experience)
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Robotics or related discipline
8 years or more working experience in semiconductor equipment development with good product cost management skill.
Good technical knowledge about automation & thermal control and able to apply in development.
Good communication and customer facing skill.
Strong in project management skill
Strong leadership and team management skill.
