Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
- Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical)
- Assist with personal matters when required (e.g., appointments, errands)
- Support event planning, meetings, and company functions
- Provide driving support for the Director, including attending meetings, site visits, and airport transfers
- Accompany the Director on local and overseas business trips when required
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing and able to travel for business trips as required
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record and able to drive the Director when required
