We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee corporate governance and identify technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a licensed Representative under the relevant regulatory framework. Ensure corporate governance policies and documentation comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline business processes. Provide expert guidance on operational matters, including administrative, legal, and technology issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, quant fund, or hedge fund investment modelling. At least 2 years of management experience. Must meet the Fit and Proper criteria established by relevant regulatory authorities. Familiarity with regulations, particularly under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA). Understanding of IT systems and performance management is advantageous.
