about the job

Reporting into the APAC Human Resources Director, this senior HR Business Partner position will partner closely with the Country Managing Director and senior business leaders (HOD level). In addition, you will:

  • Act as the principal human resources advisor to the executive leadership team to align people strategies with overall commercial objectives

  • Work closely with the other HR pillars within a matrix structure including talent management, talent acquisition, HR operations / shared services and learning and development to drive business objectives
  • Lead organisational design reviews, restructuring projects, and workforce transformation initiatives to optimise operational clarity and efficiency

  • Develop robust strategic workforce and headcount plans by utilising data analytics to anticipate future capability needs and mitigate talent risks

  • Manage employee and industrial relations proactively while providing guidance to a matrix team covering talent acquisition, operations, and learning administration


skills and experience required

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 10 years spent in a senior business partnering or human resources leadership capacity

  • Proven track record supporting large, operational workforce within facilities management companies preferred and / or engineering, technical services, infrastructure environments

  • Demonstrated capability in driving organisational design, workforce optimisation, talent governance and change management programs

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local labour landscape, human resources operations, data management, and employment legislation in Singapore

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a consultative, resilient and professional approach to guiding leadership teams
