Morgan Philips is exclusively partnered with a Global Healthcare leader in expanding their operations to Southeast Asia. The role will be based in Dubai and entails extensive travelling, with footprint and ambition of further expanding medical centers across SEA.
- Fund Raising & IB Liaison: Act as primary architect of the platform's funding strategy, leading equity and debt roadshows. This involves managing relationships with Investment Banks and Private Equity (PE) firms to secure corporate-level funding, project finance, and mezzanine debt for regional expansion.
- M&A & Deal Origination: Beyond greenfield builds, you will lead the Buy vs. Build analysis. You are responsible for the full M&A lifecyclefrom sourcing proprietary deal flow and conducting complex commercial due diligence to negotiating and managing post-merger integration
- Market Origination & Strategic Entry: You will lead the high-level Country Strategy, assessing macro-economic viability, FX risk, and healthcare demand
- Financial Modeling: Build and defend rigorous financial models covering Capex, Opex, and sensitivity analyses
- Asset Management & Performance Oversight: Post-closing, you transition into a Board-level oversight role. You will hold CEOs accountable through monthly operating reviews.
- Exit Readiness & IPO Pathway: Institutionalize the portfolio's governance to prepare for a liquidity event. This involves building a scalable reporting engine, crafting the equity story that will eventually be presented to IPO investors or private equity buyers.
Who we are looking for:
- An ideal 8-10 years of working experience with solid experience in Private Equity/ Investment Banking
- Entrepreneur mindset with strong resilience, initiative and affinity with deals and financial models
- Superb communication skillset with ability to work in same pace as CEO's, International stakeholders, government leaders and local partners
