Director of Strategic Planning

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for the Director of Strategic Planning, with the role based in Singapore and some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading and guiding the organization through strategic initiatives. Key tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business performance, developing strategic plans, and aligning financial goals with the company's long-term vision. Regular coordination with cross-functional teams and providing executive-level reporting are essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to shape and guide the company's long-term direction
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to evaluate trends, data, and growth opportunities
• Solid understanding of Finance to effectively align resources and budgets with organizational objectives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities in a part-time, hybrid work setting
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a leadership or planning role within the design or construction industry is an advantage
