Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor monthly financial performance incorporating proposals as required to ensure performance is as expected.
  • Review daily revenue and forecast monthly revenue for Spa and closely monitor bottom lines and flow-through for both Spa and Health Club.
  • Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing strategy by creating the marketing plans and strategies, and to ensure collateral, point of sale and digital promotions reflect the quality and integrity of the Peninsula brand and are reviewed and updated weekly with online channels.
  • Ensure all staff receive necessary induction and ongoing training to allow them to carry out their role
  • Grow Health Club Membership to achieve the double-digit consolidated profits.
  • To monitor standards of service and client satisfaction taking necessary action to ensure Brand and Group standards are maintained
  • To take overall site responsibility for daily operational issues within the spa including accurate scheduling, cleanliness etc.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of expereinces in leadership roles in spa, wellness or beauty related facilities or retail products.
  • People management experiences with cross cultural understanding and exposure
  • Experience in living or working in Asia is an advantage
  • Strong financial understanding and business acumen
