The Quality Director, based at their flagship manufacturing and R&D hub in Singapore, plays a mission-critical role in shaping and leading quality strategy across the region.

This is more than an operational position, it&aposs a strategic leadership role that directly reports to the Vice President of Quality based at global headquarters in the U.S. This reporting line ensures direct visibility and strong sponsorship from the executive leadership team, empowering you to influence and drive meaningful change at both the site and global level.

In this role, youll:

• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, global operations teams, and commercial leaders, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
• Design and implement world-class quality systems tailored to the microelectronics industry, ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and compliance with both customer-specific and industry-wide requirements.
• Establish performance-driven QA tracking systems, including trend analysis of DPPM and other key quality indicators, with regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System that aligns seamlessly with global policies, business unit standards, and regulatory frameworks unique to microelectronics manufacturing.
