Our client, a high growth fintech scale up, is hiring a high impact Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of the core identity & KYC platform that powers customer origination, onboarding, verification, authentication and access across products and markets.
This product leader will define and scale a world-class identity foundation - balancing growth, security, compliance and customer experience at scale.
What you'll own
- The end-to-end onboarding, eKYC/AML, authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle.
- Vision, strategy and roadmap for a modular, API-driven identity platform used across products and regions.
- High-impact onboarding and login experiences with strong conversion, low friction and robust risk controls.
- Partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Fraud and Compliance to embed trust into every flow.
- Data, experimentation and optimisation across funnels, verification rates, drop-offs and fraud signals.
- Leadership of senior PMs and cross-functional teams in a regulated, high-scale environment.
What we're looking for
- Experienced and proven hands on product practitioner and leader with strong technical and domain experience in best in class identity, KYC, authorisation/authentication technologies and platforms for fintech, neobank, payments or large digital consumer platforms or leading SaaS solution providers in the space.
- Solid understanding of how identity technology works (e.g., OAuth, Passkeys / FIDO, MFA)
- Proven track record building platform products used across multiple teams and geographies.
- Comfortable operating at scale - complex systems, high growth, regulated environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts.
