Our client, a high growth fintech scale up, is hiring a high impact Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of the core identity platform that powers customer origination, onboarding, verification, authentication and access across products and markets.
This product leader will define and scale a world-class identity foundation - balancing growth, security, compliance and customer experience at scale.
What you'll own
- The end-to-end digital origination, onboarding, KYC/AML, authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle.
- Vision, strategy and roadmap for a modular, API-driven identity platform used across products and regions.
- High-impact onboarding and login experiences with strong conversion, low friction and robust risk controls.
- Partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Fraud and Compliance to embed trust into every flow.
- Data, experimentation and optimisation across funnels, verification rates, drop-offs and fraud signals.
- Leadership of senior PMs and cross-functional teams in a regulated, high-scale environment.
What we're looking for
- Experienced and proven hands on product leader with deep experience in identity, onboarding & origination, KYC and auth for fintech, neobank, payments or large digital consumer platforms or leading SaaS solution providers in the space.
- Proven track record building platform products used across multiple teams and geographies.
- Comfortable operating at scale - complex systems, high growth, regulated environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts.
