Medical Device Manufacturing Plant-Director of Operations-Woodlands

Role

The Director of operations will be responsible for the overall smooth running of operations, ensuring efficient P&L management, meeting production schedules within budgeted cost and maintaining high product quality

-Direct, manage an optimize overall site operations and financial performance of the business unit.

-Lead production site management to ensure cost-efficient manufacturing within defined quality and safety standards while achieving on time order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

-Determine operational direction and ensure achievement of production goals related to volume, quality, schedule and operational effectiveness.

-Develop continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, products, equipment, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

-Maximize machine efficiency and plant capacity through effective planning and resource management.

-Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive operational performance management.

Experience

-BS degree in Engineering/Operations/Business

-At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing/operations leadership role

-Strong, strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, strong ability to navigate, solve problems independently.

-Experience in medical device manufacturing

-Proven track record of P&L management
