Job Description

Our client is looking for an Operations Director to support process streamlining in their organisation. The incumbent will play a key role in driving efficiency, scalability, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team across core business functions.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Min. 10 years of experience, with a strong background in operations leadership.
  • Proven track record in driving transformation and process improvements.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
