We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to lead and grow our Nitinol business unit. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and commercial acumen to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Nitinol business unit, overseeing manufacturing, technical operations, quality, and commercial execution.
- Develop and implement scalable production strategies to meet market demand, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards, including cGMP, while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Global Operations to support customer programs, optimize delivery, and achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term business success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required advanced degree preferred (Engineering, Materials Science, or related field).
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process development, or technical leadership in advanced materials, precision components, medical devices, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience in scaling operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving innovation.
- Track record of implementing process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
