Director of Mechanical Engineering

US MNC consulting engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Director, Mechanical Engineering to lead the design and delivery of major building services projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical engineering design and project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance.
• Manage clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Support business development, proposals, and project pursuits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical building services consulting.
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale building projects.
• Strong expertise in:

-ACMV Systems

-Chilled Water Systems

-AHU, FCU & VAV Systems

-Ventilation Systems

-Fire Protection Systems

-Plumbing & Sanitary Systems

• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submissions.
• Experience managing engineering teams and client relationships.

Experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, mission-critical, or data centre projects will be highly advantageous.
