Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve financial and branding goals.
  • Own and manage digital marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
  • Manage strategic conception and development of campaign implementation plans to govern social media presence and promotional programs to drive interest and market influence.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to execute integrated online campaigns, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various revenue streams.
  • Lead the synthesis of digital and traditional marketing plans for effective execution.
  • Coordinate team structures and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of outreach plans and campaigns.
  • Optimize collaboration between creative, content design, and partnership teams to drive audience growth for events, products, and services.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and evaluate outcomes to refine strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings with account managers to review pipelines, address challenges, and provide ongoing training.
  • Develop organizational structure and KPIs for the Marketing Department, with focus on succession planning.
  • Define target customer segments and drive marketing efforts to improve brand positioning and sales revenue.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and negotiate advertising contracts to create value.
  • Oversee special events programming to attract prospective customers.
  • Lead marketing campaigns for Asia Pacific businesses.
  • Monitor customer relationships through CRM systems and ensure effective sales funnels.
  • Revamp loyalty programs and collaborate with IT on application development.
  • Plan, direct, and allocate marketing budgets aligned with strategic objectives.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or business development, with a proven track record of marketing expansion. 3 to 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, and SalesForce.
  • Expertise in big data analysis.
  • Demonstrated influence, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and self-motivation, with strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Extensive network and connections within the industry.
  • Strong background in business development and project management.
  • Ability to consistently produce and present comprehensive reports.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
