A regional premium workspace operator, known for beautifully designed environments, high-touch service and curated business communities is expanding its business footprint in APAC. They are seeking a Marketing Director to drive full funnel marketing initiatives, brand awareness and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
The Director of Marketing will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across APAC, driving brand awareness, qualified demand, pipeline contribution and revenue impact. They will own full-funnel digital performance across paid search, paid social, SEO and lead generation, managing budgets, metrics and optimisation. The role will oversee content, partnerships, events, PR, agencies and go-to-market plans for new location launches. They will partner closely with global marketing, APAC leadership, sales, general managers and operations, ensuring local market insight informs commercial decisions. They will also lead a lean regional team as both strategic coach and hands-on operator.
Requirements
You possess at least 8 years of marketing experience, in a regional capacity within a multi-market environment. Strong digital performance marketing expertise is essential, with proven impact on revenue, pipeline and customer acquisition. Experience across APAC markets and in experiential real estate, hospitality, flexible workspace or related consumer-facing sectors is preferred.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strategic judgement, operational rigour and a willingness to travel across APAC and occasionally to US.
