We're expanding our manufacturing operations in Singapore and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Director to lead production, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
- Drive production planning, capacity management, and on-time delivery
- Partner with engineering, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and shorten cycle time
- Build, lead, and develop a strong production team
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards
- Support audits, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- 15+years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience
- Strong background in production, planning, and process improvement
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
