AsVINCI Energies APAC continues to grow, particularly through external acquisitions, the Director of Integration plays a critical role in ensuring that new companies are seamlessly integrated into the APAC Pole. The focus of this role is not only to manage the integration process but also to actively support the pole's growth by enabling acquired companies to align with the group's strategic objectives and operational standards.
1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
q Vision & Strategy
Provide clear direction
Inspire teams during integration of new companies ensuring alignment with the group's overall strategic growth objectives
Act as a sponsor and change agent to drive cultural and operational alignment
Identify and promote key internal processes, tools, and practices that support the VINCI Energies way of working.
Foster understanding and adoption of the VE culture within new entities, ensuring consistency with group values and principles.
q Change Management
Lead organizational transitions effectively, minimizing disruption
Address team concerns and foster acceptance of new acquisitions
Ensure that change initiatives reinforce VINCI Energies collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
q Communication Skills
Facilitate open, transparent and effective communication with acquired teams and internal stakeholders to support smooth integration
Encourage cross-entity dialogue to strengthen understanding and engagement across teams.
q Project & Process Management
Coordinate integration plans using VE APAC templates and tools
Monitor milestones, budgets and performance indicators
Ensure timely delivery of integration objectives
Map, analyze, and harmonize internal processes and tools to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
q Analysis and Problem-Solving
Identify and resolve integration challenges swiftly and effectively.
Propose process improvements and solutions aligned with group standards and operational excellence.
q Finance and Accounting
Assess and optimise organisational structure for sustainability.
Conduct budgeting and market analysis.
q Safety and Environmental Culture
Evaluate risk prevention and environmental practices.
Promote VINCI Energies sustainability ambitions.
q Leadership and Mentoring:
Identify and retain key talent across management, finance, marketing, and project teams.
Promote collaboration and internal networking to build a strong sense of belonging within the VINCI Energies community.
q Business Development and Twinning (National & International Projects):
Demonstrate the group's added value in business development.
Leverage brand networks to foster national and international collaboration.
Encourage active networking within VINCI Energies to share expertise, connect people, and strengthen synergies across business units.
These skills enable the Director to effectively manage the integration of new acquisitions into VINCI Energies, contributing to the group's overall growth and success.
