Job Summary:The Director of Incident Management is responsible for managing customer security incidents to prevent crises, protect the Darktrace brand and reputation, and ensure resiliency. This role involves coordinating customer security incidents across Darktrace, providing whole-of-company awareness, and supporting response efforts. The Director will analyze customer security incidents to identify trends and recommend improvements, manage resources, prioritize cases, and communicate updates to senior management and partners.

. At least 2-years experience working at Darktrace
. Be in outstanding standing with current Darktrace team
. Experience and enjoy working in a client facing environment
. Ability to work in a fast-tempo environment with shifting priorities
. Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
. Excellent tactful communications, empathetic and interpersonal skills
. Feel comfortable taking charge during difficult conversations
. Ability to work flexible hours in case of an emergency
. Proven experience in incident management or a similar role.
. Strong understanding of security incident response processes and best practices.
