Job Description
The Director of Healthcare Operations will oversee service delivery across multiple business functions within the organisation's healthcare ecosystem. This role combines operational leadership, commercial management, and service quality oversight in a large, multidisciplinary environment.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the overall performance of healthcare service operations at scale.
- Managing financial outcomes, including budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Developing and standardising service models, workflows, and experience frameworks across business units.
- Strengthening governance, quality assurance, and professional practice standards.
- Overseeing workforce planning, talent development, productivity, and performance management.
- Building strong engagement with medical, technical, and corporate stakeholders.
- Supporting new service initiatives, integrated care programmes, and partnership development.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 15-20 years of experience in largescale healthcare operations or related service-driven sector, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Director, GM, or equivalent
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including P&L experience.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Strength in operational improvement, standardisation, and governance.
- A leadership style that balances strategic thinking with handson execution.
