We are seeking a Head of Platform & Service Delivery to lead and align Product, Technology, and Service Delivery into a cohesive, scalable operating system.
Role Purpose
The Director of Finance & Organisational Governance is responsible for safeguarding AYP's financial integrity, capital discipline, and organisational governance as the company scales across Asia Pacific.
This role ensures that growth is supported by strong financial controls, disciplined investment decisions, and structured workforce planning.
Revenue drives expansion.
Operations drives delivery.
This role ensures sustainability and control.
Core Accountability
This position owns:
- Financial reporting accuracy and compliance
- Budgeting and forecasting discipline
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Margin visibility and cost governance
- Organisational design and headcount planning oversight
- Risk management and internal control frameworks
Day-to-day HR execution is led by the HR Manager. This role provides strategic oversight and governance.
Key Responsibilities
1.Financial Leadership & Governance
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Strengthen cash flow visibility and working capital discipline
- Provide margin analysis by service line and function
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Implement robust internal financial controls
2.Commercial & Capital Allocation Discipline
- Partner with Revenue and Operations to ensure pricing aligns with margin targets
- Evaluate investment proposals (technology, hiring, expansion initiatives)
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision making
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Protect profitability and long term financial sustainability
3.Organisational Governance & Workforce Planning (Strategic Oversight)
- Oversee headcount planning aligned to budget and growth forecasts
- Review compensation frameworks and incentive structures
- Ensure performance management systems are structured and measurable
- Support succession planning and leadership capability development
- Maintain clarity in organisational accountability structures
4.Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Identify financial and employment related risks early
- Strengthen audit readiness and documentation standards
- Enforce policy governance across departments
- Reduce financial leakage and compliance exposure

Required Experience & Qualifications
- At least 8+ years in finance leadership roles (Finance Director, Financial Controller, Head of Finance)
- Strong background in governance, compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience multi country and regional operations preferred
- Experience supporting scaling organisations
