Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Finance and Administration, located in Singapore with the flexibility to work from home. The role involves overseeing financial planning and reporting, preparing financial statements, and conducting in-depth financial analysis. Additionally, the Director will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the administrative management of the organization.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex financial data
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Proven experience in leadership and decision-making roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with finance-related software is an advantage
