Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Finance and Administration will oversee financial planning and reporting, manage financial statements, and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Daily tasks include budget management, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The role also includes responsibility for supervising administrative functions to ensure efficient organizational operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, particularly in interpreting financial data
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
  • Proven leadership and organizational management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
  • Experience in a non-profit or environmental organization is advantageous
