Summary of the role:
Our client, a leading B2B Services Company, is looking for a powerhouse Director of Enterprise Sales todrive growth with enterprise customers across diverse sectors. You will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and unlocking new opportunities with some of the region's most influential corporate clients. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the C-Suite.
Responsibilities:
As the strategic face of enterprise sales, the Director of Enterprise Sales will develop and execute winning sales strategies, build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, and drive multimillion-dollar deals that expand the company's footprint. From leading and inspiring the sales team to negotiating complex contracts and identifying cross-sell opportunities, you will be at the forefront of growthturning strategy into measurable revenue impact.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates must be seasoned sales leaders with over 15 years of proven track record in sales, business development, solution selling, and exceeding targets in B2B and enterprise markets. You must have sharp business acumen, exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of how to meet the evolving needs of corporate customers.
