Job Description

1. What You Will Do

As the Director of Operations & Corporate Relations, APAC, you will be the strategic architect of our customer-centric growth in the region. You will lead and scale a high-performance organization, overseeing Integrated Products Implementation, Customer Care, and Enterprise Program Management. Your mission is to bridge the gap between global strategy and local market nuances, ensuring that Lighthouse delivers operational excellence and long-term value to our most complex enterprise partners across Asia-Pacific.

2. Where You Will Have Impact

  • Regional Stewardship: Define and execute the APAC operational roadmap, ensuring business resilience and scalability across diverse markets.

  • Strategic Leadership: Mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of technical precision and commercial empathy.

  • High-Stakes Engagement: Build and own relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, serving as the senior point of escalation and a trusted advisor for large-scale implementations.

  • Global-Local Integration: Lead the localization of global best practices, ensuring our product delivery respects the linguistic, cultural, and regulatory complexities of the APAC landscape.

  • Operational Transformation: Architect the Playbook for large-deal onboarding, turning complex technical deployments into seamless commercial success stories.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, and Global HQ to ensure regional market feedback drives global product evolution.

3. Who You Are

  • Seasoned Leader: 10+ years of senior leadership experience (VP/Director/GM level) in managing complex business operations or technical service delivery.

  • APAC Expert: A deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, with a proven track record of navigating diverse markets (Greater China, SE Asia, etc.).

  • Strategic Thinker with a Technical Core: Ability to simplify complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.

  • Change Agent: Experience in leading organizations through rapid scaling, acquisitions, or digital transformations.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-cultural teams with emotional intelligence and clarity.

  • Industry Agnostic Wisdom: While experience in Hospitality or SaaS is a plus, we value candidates from high-precision industries (e.g., Automotive, Global Trade, or Engineering) who bring rigorous operational discipline and a client-first mindset.

  • Educational Excellence: A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a top-tier institution is highly regarded.
