Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic business growth by developing and executing business development strategies across target markets across the region.
Identify, originate, and manage new client relationships from initial engagement through to successful conversion
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Proactively generate new business opportunities with a strong hunter mindset while expanding existing client accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions aligned with company offerings
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and key decision-makers
Lead bid and proposal processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including operations, compliance, and product teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Participate in and support sales and marketing campaigns, industry events, and client engagements to drive awareness and lead generation
Establish and execute omni-channel sales operations in Singapore, including exhibitions, atrium sales, and B2B channels, ensuring timely delivery against targets.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within relevant industries
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a structured and goal-oriented manner
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver client-focused solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
Experience in managing proposals, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination
High level of self-motivation, independence, and initiative with a results-driven mindset
Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships and trust
