Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Business Administration and Bursar (DBA) to join our College Leadership Team.

The DBA plays a pivotal strategic and operational role, overseeing key support services including Finance, HR, IT,Operations, Administration, and School Nursing provision. This is a unique opportunity to lead world-class teams in a school that pioneers innovative education for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading and developing a cohesive and effective support services management team.
  • Delivering high-quality business services across the College.
  • Providing expert advice to the Head of College and leadership teams.
  • Ensuring robust governance, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Driving strategic planning and operational excellence across departments.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a seasoned leader with 15+ years experience, ideally in international education.
  • Have proven expertise in Finance, HR, Operations, and IT.
  • Be a collaborative, solution-focused professional with strong integrity and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Be a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and a passion for education.

Introduction to the College

Dulwich College (Singapore) is a globally renowned international school educating more than 2,900 students from Toddlers (age 2) to Year 13 (age 18).
