Director, AI Solutions & Transformation
Role
A leading global consulting firm is looking for a Senior Manager / Director to join its regional Digital and Technology practice, with a core focus on enterprise AI. This is a senior client-facing role combining AI strategy, solution architecture, delivery leadership and commercial responsibility. The successful candidate will lead complex AI transformation programmes across Southeast Asia, advise senior client stakeholders, shape and deliver enterprise AI solutions, and help further build the firm's capabilities across Generative AI, Agentic AI and hyper-personalisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, solutioning and architecture of enterprise AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI programmes.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead multiple regional client engagements from solution design through implementation and production.
- Advise C-suite and senior technology stakeholders on AI strategy, architecture, adoption and value realisation.
- Lead technical pre-sales, client workshops, proposals, pitches and executive presentations.
- Provide technical leadership across AI, cloud, data architecture, integration and Responsible AI.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, solution architects, data engineers, data scientists and consultants.
- Further develop the firm's existing AI capability, including frameworks, accelerators and repeatable solutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience in AI, data, cloud or digital transformation within consulting, systems integration or another client-facing technology environment.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience across technologies such as RAG, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, AI orchestration and Responsible AI.
- Strong cloud and data architecture experience across Google Cloud, Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience taking enterprise AI solutions from proof-of-concept through to scalable production deployment.
- Strong technical solutioning and architecture capability while remaining comfortable engaging at C-suite level.
- Proven experience leading complex technology programmes and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong client management, consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting or leading pre-sales, proposals and commercial pursuits.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian enterprise market and experience delivering programmes within the region.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, grow accounts and contribute directly to revenue generation.
