We are looking for a senior project and development leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and colocation data center campus developments. This role will manage projects from site development and planning through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and colocation data center campuses.
- Manage construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management.
- Review design deliverables covering MEP, civil, structural, and mission-critical systems.
- Support operational readiness and customer onboarding activities.
- Provide project reporting to executive leadership and investors.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or major infrastructure developments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments highly preferred.
