Director, Medical Information China & Region

Location: Singapore-based (remote), covering China and wider Region

Reports to: VP Global Medical Information

Hours: 9 AM5 PM Singapore Time (flexible for global collaboration)

Salary: Competitive, aligned with Singapore Employment Pass requirements

The Opportunity

As Director Medical Information China & Region, you will lead and expand MI operations across Greater China and the wider region. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving operational excellence and business growth in dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MI operations in China and regional markets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with local and global standards
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
• Launch new services, processes, and systems to support business expansion
• Partner with global leadership to align strategies with market trends and client needs
• Develop strong client relationships and identify new growth opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore PDPA, China PIPL, and regional healthcare regulations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare, or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical outsourcing or MI services (ideally in contact centers)
• Strong knowledge of Chinese and Singaporean healthcare regulations and data privacy laws
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a track record of operational excellence

Compliance & Employment Notes

Role complies with Singapore Employment Act, Fair Consideration Framework, and work pass regulations. Data handling follows Singapore PDPA and China PIPL. Standard Singapore employment contract with statutory entitlements and work pass sponsorship.
