Lead and manage all B2B sales operations in Singapore, focusing on business development, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase market share in the semiconductor industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing markets and new sectors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Oversee all operational functions of the Singapore office, including finance, accounting, tax, human resources, and other administrative tasks.
Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and alignment with corporate goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and sales reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a key spokesperson.
Take full responsibility for addressing and resolving any operational or strategic issues that may arise within the Singapore branch.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing above, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with proven expertise in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech sectors.
Skills:In-depth understanding of semiconductor technology and market trends. Strong track record in developing and executing global sales strategies. Solid experience in financial management, accounting, tax, and human resource management. Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
