Together with our syndication teams in Japan, we cover a diverse range of clientele from sovereign-related entities and supranationals, to corporates and financial institutions (FIs) / non-bank FIs.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be a key member of the loan syndication team and must be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• The individual will be responsible for investor coverage, loan sales and distribution across primary and secondary related activities, alongside other members of the loan syndication team based in the region.
• An accurate liquidity read will be a key requirement, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
• The candidate must be a strong team player, yet must be able to function independently. A dedicated work ethic and a strong compliance mindset are preferred.
• . Work closely with relationship managers to originate and execute syndication loan opportunities with borrowers.
• Assist to expand sales and distribution network by tapping and finding new loan investors.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance and or any related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Asian syndicated loan space
  
  

& origination/distribution in debt capital markets.

• Have good credit skills.
• Have a broad knowledge across diverse structured lending products.
• Strong communicator and have a keen eye for details.
• Strong relationship network with borrowers, loan investors and syndication desks in Asia Pacific would be advantageous.
