Job Description:
As Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of our construction company. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and build strong client relationships. Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
