Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of our consultancy business. The Director will be responsible for driving business growth, leading consulting engagements, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality management consulting services. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company's strategic direction and sustaining long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision and business objectives to drive sustainable growth
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and effective delivery of consultancy projects that meet client expectations
- Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities to expand business development pipelines
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Manage and mentor senior consultants and management staff to improve team performance and support professional growth
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to ensure the consultancy's financial sustainability
- Review and refine consulting methodologies, frameworks, and service offerings to maintain high-quality and innovative solutions
- Analyze industry trends and competitive developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain market relevance
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and influence
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards across all business activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and business development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management consultancy, professional services, or a related industry
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership, director, or equivalent management role
- Proven track record in business development, client engagement, and strategic leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
