Director Investment Banking

We're currently in supporting a growing platform in Singapore looking to add an experienced Corporate Finance Director to the team.

This role will involve a mix of transaction execution and client-facing work, supporting activities across capital markets and strategic advisory.

You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and regulators, while also contributing to broader team initiatives and mentorship of junior members.

We're generally looking to speak with individuals who:

• Have a solid background in corporate finance / investment banking
• Bring experience across transactions (e.g. IPOs, M&A or similar)
• Are comfortable operating in a dynamic, deal-driven environment
• Enjoy both execution and stakeholder engagement
