We're currently partnering with a specialist investment platform building out a new real asset financing strategy focused on next-generation digital infrastructure across APAC.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in originating, structuring and managing asset-backed financing solutions in one of the fastest-growing segments of the market.
The Role
- Lead origination efforts across Asia Pacific, working closely with operators, developers and sponsors within the digital infrastructure ecosystem
- Structure and execute transactions across senior secured, mezzanine and hybrid credit solutions
- Conduct detailed credit underwriting, including asset-backed and structured financing analysis
- Manage and monitor a growing portfolio of investments
- Contribute to the build-out of investment frameworks, risk parameters and overall strategy
Ideal Profile
- Min 10 years experience within private credit, leveraged finance, DCM or real asset financing
- Strong track record across origination → execution → portfolio management
- Experience with structured / asset-backed transactions
- Exposure to digital infrastructure, data centres or adjacent sectors is advantageous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a build-from-scratch environment
