DIRECTOR

Roles and Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Construction to lead our operations in civil and infrastructure projects - think roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, pipelines, and earthworks.

This isn't about buildings - it's about shaping the backbone of communities. You'll be at the helm of our construction division, guiding projects from planning to completion, ensuring we deliver safely, on time, and within budget - while building strong teams and lasting relationships along the way.

Requirements

• 10+ years in civil/infrastructure construction, with at least 5 years leading teams or major projects.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (an MBA or master's is a plus).
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure jobs.
• Solid grasp of construction budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management.
