As part of its continued expansion in wealth management, the firm is appointing a senior leader to drive growth across Singapore's intermediary and wealth distribution ecosystem, working closely with internal investment, product, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the strategy to grow the firm's wealth distribution footprint in Singapore, with a focus on intermediary and advisory-led channels.
- Drive business development across banks, private wealth platforms, and intermediaries.
- Identify and develop new distribution partnerships, platform opportunities, and scalable growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with investment, product, digital, and marketing teams to deliver relevant and competitive wealth solutions.
- Leverage research, insights, and digital tools to deepen distributor engagement and client outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting wealth distribution.
- Deliver AUM and revenue growth through disciplined execution and clear performance metrics.
- Represent the firm at senior levels with key partners and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience across wealth management, asset management, private banking distribution, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore wealth and intermediary landscape, including banks, platforms.
- Proven ability to build and scale distribution or partnership-led growth initiatives.
- Commercially minded, strategic, and execution-focused leadership style.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external parties.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
