As part of its ongoing investment in the wealth management business, the firm is strengthening its distribution team and is appointing a Director, Head of Intermediary, Wealth Management (Singapore) to drive strategic growth across the intermediary segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy to grow the intermediary wealth management segment in Singapore.
- Lead business development across banks and wealth management channels.
- Identify and develop new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with product, investment, digital, and marketing teams to align solutions with intermediary needs.
- Leverage the firm's research and digital platforms to deepen distributor engagement and enhance value delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting distribution strategy.
- Drive AUM and revenue growth through disciplined execution and clear performance metrics.
- Act as a senior representative of the firm with key intermediary partners and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management distribution, intermediary sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore intermediary landscape, including banks and IFAs.
- Proven track record in building and scaling intermediary distribution businesses.
- Strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused leadership style.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
